Shipping Policy.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We are following safety guidance as recommended by health authorities in the handling of your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your order. Due to safety measures and higher than usual volumes, our carriers are experiencing shipping delays. Please expect a longer than usual delivery time.

These policies are subject to change as we continue to monitor and follow the guidelines set by the Government of Canada.

All packages will be delivered during normal business hours. To ensure a secure delivery, it is recommended that the shipping address indicated in the order be one where someone will be available to sign the proof of delivery. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta.

Orders shipping to a Canadian address will be charged a fee at checkout unless otherwise stated.

In the event that there is an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted by email and offered the option to change your order.
